No. The website is strictly for public transparency, live feed tracking, viewing before & after transformations, and sharing community stories. All issue submissions are done via the mobile app for GPS accuracy.

Yes! In the mobile app, you can choose to hide your name from public feeds while submitting civic issues.
What happens after I submit an issue?
The issue is assigned a unique tracking code (e.g., TT-HZB-1048), verified by our operations team, assigned to volunteer squads, or tracked for community advocacy.
Is Town Therapy an official government service?
No. Town Therapy is an independent community initiative managed by Town Therapy Club. We are NOT a government body or affiliated with any government department.
