Please review these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") carefully before using the Town Therapy website (towntherapy.club) or downloading and submitting content via the Town Therapy Mobile Application.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website, downloading our mobile app, or participating in Town Therapy community drives in Hazaribagh, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any portion, you must discontinue your use of our services.

2. Non-Governmental Entity Status & Sources of Government Information

Town Therapy does not represent any government entity. We are a private, community-based youth volunteer initiative operated by Town Therapy Club. All issue tracking, volunteer clean-up drives, and community discussions are citizen-organized and do not constitute official administrative actions or statutory government determinations.

If you require official municipal services, statutory grievance redressal, or government certificates, you must contact authorized government departments directly through their official portals:

3. Purpose of the Platform & App

Town Therapy is a grassroots youth initiative in Hazaribagh, Jharkhand dedicated to transforming public civic complaints into proactive community action.

• Website Function: The website serves as a public transparency portal displaying upcoming events, live open reports, solved cases with before & after photographic evidence, community stories, and educational resources. Issue posting is not supported directly through this website.
• Mobile App Function: Submissions of civic concerns (waste dumps, road potholes, drainage blocks, streetlight failures) are submitted through the mobile application to enforce geotagging and genuine camera uploads for community volunteer response.

4. Community Reporting Standards

When submitting reports through the mobile app, citizens agree to adhere strictly to the following standards:

• Public Infrastructure Only: Reports must focus on public roads, parks, civic utilities, neighborhood cleanliness, and drainage concerns. Do not submit grievances relating to private civil disputes, marital affairs, or private property feuds.
• Factual Authenticity: You agree not to upload fabricated, digitally altered, or malicious imagery.
• Prohibited Content: Defamatory statements, hate speech, vulgarity, or personal harassment targeting individual employees rather than civic community awareness are strictly forbidden and will result in an immediate ban.

5. Volunteer Participation & Safety

Participation in physical on-ground clean-up drives, tree plantations, or awareness rallies is entirely voluntary. Volunteers must follow the safety recommendations, wear protective gloves when handling waste, adhere to traffic safety on roadways, and respect local residents and community workers.

6. Satirical Activism & Creative Campaigns

Town Therapy frequently employs peaceful civic satire (such as witty chalk inscriptions or creative signs highlighting potholes). All such activities are non-destructive, washable, and conducted strictly in the public interest to promote civic awareness without damaging public or private property.

7. Intellectual Property

The Town Therapy logo, brand assets, custom software, and written materials are the intellectual property of Town Therapy Club. Photographs submitted by citizens for public issue resolution are licensed to Town Therapy for public advocacy, reporting, and archival presentation.
