- Precise Geolocation (GPS): Collected strictly when you report a civic issue (waste heap, pothole, drainage block, or streetlight outage) to enable volunteer squads and community clean-up teams to pinpoint the exact location.
- Camera & Media Access: Used to capture on-the-spot photos of civic issues. We encourage live camera capture to prevent old or fraudulent image submissions.
- Contact Information: When you register as a volunteer or contact us (Name, Email address, Phone number).
- Anonymous Reporting: Our mobile app provides an option to publish your civic report anonymously on public feeds.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use gathered data solely for the furtherance of civic welfare and community action in Hazaribagh:
- To display open and resolved civic reports on our public web dashboard (with personal identifying details removed if requested).
- To coordinate volunteer clean-up and repair squads in relevant neighborhoods.
- To organize volunteer clean-ups and highlight community civic concerns using verified photographic and geolocation evidence.
- To send push notification updates when an issue you reported or upvoted progresses from "Under Review" to "Squad Dispatched" and "Solved".

Town Therapy does not represent any government entity. We are a private, volunteer-based youth club. We do not transmit citizen submissions to government authorities as formal statutory petitions, nor do we claim official municipal authority.
